Every Dye My World garment is individually hand dyed in Sydney, Australia using traditional ice dye techniques. Because no two pieces are ever exactly alike, we understand you may have questions before ordering.

🛍️ Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once dispatched via Australia Post, delivery generally takes 4–13 business days depending on your location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No. We currently ship within Australia only.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Q: What courier do you use?

A: All orders are shipped using Australia Post and include tracking.

Q: Are your garments really one of a kind?

A: Yes. Every garment is individually hand dyed by Jason in Sydney, Australia. Due to the nature of ice dyeing, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same.

Q: Is the hoodie in the photos the exact hoodie I will receive?

A: Yes. The garment shown on each product page is the exact piece you will receive.

Q: Will the colours fade?

A: We use professional fibre reactive dyes designed for long-lasting colour. Following the care instructions will help maintain the appearance of your garment.

Q: How do I care for my item?

A:

• Cold machine wash
• Wash inside out
• Use mild detergent
• Do not bleach
• Line dry in shade
• Do not iron directly on dyed areas

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept change-of-mind returns?

A: Because every Dye My World garment is individually handcrafted and one of a kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

A: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Q: What if my order is lost in transit?

A: If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment with Australia Post.

💳 Payments & Security

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other major payment methods offered through Shopify Payments.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. Dye My World does not store your payment details.
