RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Dye My World, every garment is individually hand dyed and photographed. The item shown in the product images is the exact item you will receive.

Change of Mind

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our handmade garments, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Please review all product photos, descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged during transit, or not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Sizing

Please review all sizing information carefully before purchasing. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for incorrect size selection.
