At Dye My World, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Include original packaging and tags

Not be damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Include proof of purchase
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Important – Supplier & Fulfilment Information
We work with both Australian and international fulfilment partners, including Dropshipzone (Australia/New Zealand stock) and Eprolo (overseas stock). Because of this, return procedures may vary depending on where your item was shipped from.
If you are unsure where your item was shipped from, please contact us before initiating a return.
We strongly recommend contacting us before arranging any return shipment.
Australian / New Zealand Fulfilled Items (Dropshipzone)

Overseas Fulfilled Items (Eprolo)

Some products ship from overseas warehouses.

Return addresses for overseas-fulfilled items will be provided after return approval.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale or clearance items

Items damaged due to misuse

Personalised or custom products

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and lingerie must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the issue
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law. You may also be entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
For minor faults, we may offer a repair or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law requirements.
