Dispatch & Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST/AEDT are processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

Customs & Import Fees (New Zealand)

  • Orders under NZD $1,000 usually do not incur GST or duties.

  • Orders over NZD $1,000 may incur GST, duties, and/or clearance fees.

  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

If customs fees apply:

  • The carrier will contact you before delivery.

  • If a parcel is refused and returned, a refund will be issued for the product cost only (shipping cannot be refunded).

Packaging

  • Standard packaged weight: approx. 1.5 kg per item

  • All parcels include protective packaging

  • Tracking is included with all shipments
