At Dye My World, we proudly ship to customers in Australia, New Zealand, and internationally. Shipping times may vary depending on the product and fulfilment location.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


Fulfilment Locations

We work with both Australian and international fulfilment partners, including Dropshipzone (Australia/New Zealand stock) and Eprolo (overseas stock).

Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on the product ordered.

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately.


Estimated Shipping Times

Australia

  • Australian warehouse items: 3–10 business days

  • Overseas warehouse items: 7–20 business days

New Zealand

  • Australian/NZ warehouse items: 5–12 business days

  • Overseas warehouse items: 10–25 business days

International

  • Overseas warehouse items: 10–25 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website.


Tracking Information

Tracking will be provided where available. Some international shipments may have limited tracking updates once the parcel reaches the destination country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
