Dye My World is an online retail store offering fashion and lifestyle products.

We work with both Australian and international fulfilment partners, including:

  • Dropshipzone (Australia/New Zealand stock)

  • Eprolo (overseas stock)

Because of this:

  • Products may ship from different warehouse locations

  • Shipping times may vary

  • Items in the same order may arrive separately

We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display colours exactly as intended.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.


3. Pricing, Currency & Payments

All product prices are initially listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Dynamic Pricing by Location

When browsing internationally, Shopify may display prices in the customer’s local currency based on their region and currency settings. This allows customers to see prices in a familiar currency.

Exchange Rates & Conversion

  • Shopify uses current exchange rates to convert AUD prices into local currencies.

  • Exchange rate fluctuations, rounding rules, and local currency fees may cause minor differences between the displayed price and the final amount charged at checkout.

4. Shipping & Fulfilment

Shipping times vary depending on the product and fulfilment location. Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed.

Fulfilment Locations

  • Dropshipzone: Ships from Australia or New Zealand

  • Eprolo: Ships from overseas

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Australia:

    • Dropshipzone: 3–10 business days

    • Eprolo: 7–20 business days

  • New Zealand:

    • Dropshipzone: 5–12 business days

    • Eprolo: 10–25 business days

  • International:

    • Eprolo: 10–25 business days (may vary by destination)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Tracking information will be provided where available. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details. In summary:

  • Returns must be approved before shipping. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Australian/New Zealand stock (Dropshipzone) and overseas stock (Eprolo) may have different return procedures.

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be refunded or replaced in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

For minor faults, we may offer repair or replacement in accordance with the law.

All content on this website, including images, branding, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Dye My World and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
